Heating and Cooling Outdoor Events in Riyadh

In Riyadh, an outdoor setup can look beautiful and still be uncomfortable.
Winter nights are cold. Summer days are hot. Both are solved by planning early.
Winter: the evening is the problem
Winter evenings in Riyadh are usually cold, even when the day is mild. And most events happen in the evening.
- Outdoor heaters: place them between seating groups, not only at the edge.
- Indoor heaters: suit a closed tent or a hall.
- Rugs and cushions: add visual and real warmth to floor seating.
- A wind break: a wall, a curtain or a tent changes how cold it feels.
Heater safety tips
These are general points. Always follow the device's instructions:
- Keep heaters away from fabric, curtains and rugs, and from decorated tables.
- Never run a gas heater inside an enclosed space. Gas needs ventilation.
- Put it in a fixed spot that children and guests don't walk through.
- Ask what type of heater it is and how it runs before the event.
Summer: shade first, then air
Cooling the space is not enough. It is better to reduce the heat at the source.
- Shade: canopies, a tent or a wall. This does more than any device.
- Misting fans: they cool as the water evaporates, which works well in dry air.
- Desert coolers: suit open seating and are pointed at the sitting areas.
- Timing: after sunset is usually more comfortable than midday.
Mist dampens rugs and the ground, so don't put floor seating directly under a misting fan.
Put the pieces where they work
- Spread cooling or heating over the sitting areas, not the empty space.
- Check the power: some devices need a power point or a generator.
- Keep cables away from walkways.
When to order them
Add them to the same order as your seating, not on the last day. Sizes, power and placement are decided together, and everything is set up in one visit.
We rent heaters, fans, coolers and shades with the seating, and we deliver, set up and collect them.
Send us the occasion, the date and a photo of the space on WhatsApp, and we will suggest what fits the season. If your event is outside the city, check our service areas.
