Before you book
Do you deliver and set up the seating?
Yes. We deliver to your location, set everything up, and come back to collect it after the event, so you never move a piece yourself.
Which areas do you cover?
Riyadh city districts and the surrounding governorates, including Diriyah, Al Kharj, Al Dilam, Al Muzahmiyah, Huraymila, Dharma, Rumah, Thadiq, Al Majmaah and Sudair, Marat, Shaqra and Al Quwayiyah.
Which occasions do you set up?
Weddings, condolences, graduations, birthdays and kids’ parties, kashta and desert trips, corporate events, and any outdoor seating in a garden, on a rooftop or at an istiraha.
How many guests can you set up for?
Anything from a small family gathering to events with more than 5,000 guests. Tell us the expected number and we will suggest the right layout.
How do I get a price?
The price depends on the pieces you need, the number of guests and the location. Send the details on WhatsApp, ideally with a photo of the space, and we will send you the price.
Do you rent heaters and coolers with the seating?
Yes. Indoor and outdoor heaters for winter, misting fans and desert coolers for summer, added to the same booking as your seating.
Do you have tents, games and sound?
Yes. Tents, Bedouin hair tents, shades and stages; kids’ games, billiards and table tennis; sound systems, screens, lighting and generators.
Can I see events you have set up?
Yes. This page shows real photos of our setups, and there are more on our Google Maps listing.
