When do you need a shade canopy?
We rent lightweight canopies that go above garden and farm seating and open courtyards, raised in place over your seating and taken down once the event is done.

On WhatsApp: a photo of the open space and where the seating sits, and the direction of the afternoon sun if you know it, so we can judge the shade needed.

We suggest what fits
We suggest how many canopies to use, where to place them and whether sides would help at your site, and go over it with you beforehand.

We deliver and set up
Our team brings the frames and fabric to your site, fixes the canopies in the agreed positions before your guests arrive, and finishes the assembly before the event starts.

We take the canopies down
After the event we take the fabric off the frames and fold it, take the frames apart and carry everything away, leaving nothing over your seating.

Questions about shade canopy rental
What is the difference between a canopy and a tent here?
A canopy is a light cover on a frame that gives shade without closing the space, usually with no sides or with optional partial sides. A tent is a heavier enclosed structure suited to rain or full shelter and is a separate rental service. If you need complete cover on all sides let us know and we will guide you.
Can sides be added if the wind is strong?
Yes, sides are available on request and attach to the same frame. Tell us about the site and surroundings when you send your order, because sides change how the canopy looks and how it is anchored, and we confirm what suits the space and the season.
On what ground can a canopy be set up?
We set the canopy up on grass, soil, tiles and level ground. The fixing method changes with the ground type, so send a photo of the site and tell us the surface, and we agree the right approach with you before your date.
Do I need one canopy or more to cover my guests?
It depends on the size and shape of the seating area and the number of guests. One canopy usually covers a small or medium gathering and another can be added to extend the shade. Send a photo of the space and the guest count and we suggest the right number.
