The team arrives with the table, skirt and risers, places everything in position and fits the skirt around the legs before the event begins.

Questions about buffet table rental
How do I choose the right table length for my number of dishes?
The length depends on the number of dishes, the size of their containers and whether you want risers between them. Send us the rough number of dishes and a photo of the space on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right length or arrange more than one table if the menu calls for it.
Can more than one table be joined to form a long buffet line?
Yes, several tables can be arranged side by side with skirting covering the gaps between them so the whole line looks like one piece. We agree on the full layout on WhatsApp once you tell us the available length and guest count.
Where should the buffet table be placed in a hall or rest house?
It is usually best along a side wall away from the main entrance, so the food line does not block arriving guests, with a clear passage behind the table for serving. Send a photo of the space and we will suggest the best position for the guest line and service movement.
Does a buffet table work outdoors as well?
The table is set up on level outdoor ground such as gardens and rest houses, and the skirt is fitted to stay steady with normal movement. Placing it in shade or under a tent protects the food. Mention that the venue is outdoors when you message us so we plan the setup accordingly.
