On WhatsApp: a photo of the venue and where lights can hang, whether it is indoors or out and where the power point is, so we can plan the layout.

We propose the lighting plan
We suggest which lights go where across your walls, ceiling and paths, and go over the plan with you before the event day.

We deliver and rig
Our team arrives with the lights and cables, rigs and aims them, and connects the power before your guests arrive so the venue is ready when you are.

We take the lights down
After the event we take the lights down from where they hang, unplug and coil the cables and carry it all away, so you deal with no cable yourself.

What is the difference between coloured lights and spotlights at a party?
Coloured lights wash the whole space in a tone that sets the general mood, while spotlights direct a focused beam onto a specific point such as the main table, a cake or a decorative backdrop. Combining both usually achieves a stronger effect, and a photo of the space helps us suggest the right balance.
Do the lights work outdoors at night?
Yes, they suit gardens, rooftops and rest houses. We take into account the available rigging points and a nearby power source, so send a photo of the space and tell us what power is available so we can plan the layout correctly.
Can the lighting be matched to the party decoration colours?
Yes. Tell us the main colours you want and where the key decoration sits in the space, and we select lights and settings that match your colour scheme so the photographs and atmosphere stay consistent all evening.
How do you avoid dazzling guests with bright lights?
We aim the lights at the decor and the walkways, away from seated guests' eye level, and favour warm colours for quiet seating and stronger colours near the movement areas. Tell us about the evening and where guests will sit and we plan the lighting to suit it.
