We rent tablecloths, runners, overlays and napkins that cover the table from top to floor, hide its legs and give the space a coordinated colour, then lay them on your tables and collect them afterwards.

The linen arrives folded, and our team lays each piece on the tables at your venue and adjusts the edges so they hang evenly before guests arrive.

We gather the linen from the tables
After the event we lift the cloths, runners and napkins off the tables and gather them up, so you fold and carry nothing.

Questions about table linen rental
What is the difference between a tablecloth, a runner and an overlay?
A tablecloth covers the whole table and drops to the floor or near it. A runner is a strip of fabric placed along the centre over the cloth, adding a second colour. An overlay is a smaller piece placed at an angle on top for an extra layer and texture. Tell us the table shape and the colour of the space and we will suggest the right combination.
Can the linen colour be matched to the event colour scheme?
Yes. When you send your order tell us the colour or attach a reference photo, and we suggest the closest options for your event date and confirm every detail on WhatsApp before delivery.
How do I choose the right tablecloth length?
The length depends on the table height and the look you want. A floor-length cloth hides the legs completely and suits buffet and event tables. A shorter cloth exposes the legs and suits a formal dining table. Tell us the table type and rough height and we will choose for you.
Can you cover tables of different shapes?
Yes. Linen is chosen to suit the shape of each table, round or rectangular. Tell us how many tables you have and the shape of each when you send your request, and we suggest the size that hangs evenly around it before delivery.
