When do you need a full setup?
We handle all of it in one order, plan the space around your guests, then put up the seating, lighting and decor before guests arrive and take it all down when the event is done.

Questions about party & event setup
What is the difference between this and renting furniture on its own?
Here we plan the whole space with you: seating, tables, lighting, decor and extras in one order, with one team handling delivery, setup and pickup. You do not need to coordinate between suppliers or work out how the pieces fit together.
Can I add a tent or heaters to the setup?
Yes. Tents, canopies, heaters and coolers all go into the same order. Tell us the venue, the season and the type of occasion on WhatsApp, and we include what fits and place it where it serves the space best.
How do you plan the space if I am not sure what layout suits it?
Send us a photo of the space along with the guest count and occasion type, and we suggest the layout of seating, tables, lighting and decor. We discuss the details with you until the final arrangement suits your idea and the space.
Do you cover areas outside Riyadh city?
The service covers Riyadh and the surrounding governorates. Send us your area, event date and venue details on WhatsApp and we confirm whether we can reach you, along with any arrangements the location requires, before we agree the full setup details.
