How does an outdoor heater cover the whole seating area?
A tall outdoor heater radiates heat outward from its top, covering a circle of seats around it. For a wider seating area we distribute several heaters around the edges. We decide the number and positions once you send us a photo of the space.
Is an outdoor heater safe next to sofas and cushions?
We place each heater at a clear distance from fabrics, cushions and sofa edges, which is a basic rule for any open-air heater. That is why we need to see the seating layout before setup and adjust positions according to the actual furniture on site.
Does an outdoor heater work on rooftops and on grass?
Yes, tall free-standing heaters suit tiles, grass and level surfaces. On rooftops we account for any barriers that might restrict heat spread, and on grass we make sure the base is steady before use. Send us a photo and we arrange the right fixing.
Does wind affect an outdoor heater?
Wind can scatter heat away from guests, so in exposed places we bring the heaters closer to the seats and, where there is a wall or tree, place them in its shelter. Tell us which way the wind usually blows at your site and we arrange the positions.
