When do you need event chairs?
We hire out padded and plain chairs for receptions, celebrations and lectures, arrange them in rows or around tables to suit your space, then bring them in, set them out and fold them away once the event is over.

Guests sit in rows to follow the programme and receive their certificates. Padded chairs in neat rows keep them comfortable for a long sit and give the hall an orderly look in photographs.

Tables are set but the chairs are not enough for the guest list. We arrange chairs around the tables with the right spacing and fit seat covers to match your event colours if you wish.

We deliver and set up
Our team brings the chairs to your venue, sets them in straight rows or around tables and fits any covers before your guests arrive.

Folding and Removing the Chairs
At the agreed time we fold every chair, remove any covers, stack them and carry the lot to the vehicle, leaving the space clear without any effort from you.

Can chair covers be added to match my event colours?
Yes, covers and sashes can be added to match your event colours. Mention your decor colours when you send your request on WhatsApp and we agree on the right finish before the delivery date.
Do the chairs work in large halls and in tents?
Yes, we set the chairs up in closed halls, under tents and in level outdoor spaces. Send a photo of the venue and the floor type, because the arrangement varies with the space, the entrance and the number of guests.
How do I choose between rows and a table arrangement?
