When you need it
When do you need event carpet?
We hire out carpet and matting that lays flat over any surface and gives it a neat, level finish; we roll it out before your guests arrive and roll it back up once they leave.

A party or reception on the lawn
The lawn looks good but table chairs wobble and heels sink in. A layer of carpet over it creates a stable, level surface where sofas and tables sit properly and guests walk with ease.

A tent or hall on sandy ground
Sand gives no firm base for furniture and works its way under cushions and around feet. Event carpet covers it completely and turns the inside of the tent into a tidy, comfortable floor for the whole occasion.

We agree the coverage
We propose the carpet or flooring type that suits the surface and the occasion, and agree with you on the area to be covered before the date.

We lay and align
The team arrives with the carpet, lays it over the surface, aligns it with the seating or tent edges and secures it before your guests arrive.

Rolling Up and Away
At the agreed time the team returns, lifts the carpet, rolls it tight and carries it out; you leave everything in place.

Questions about event carpet & flooring rental
What is the difference between carpet and a rug for event flooring?
Carpet is a continuous roll laid over a large area such as a whole tent or garden. A rug is a single piece that frames a seating area or sits over carpet. Send a photo of your space and we will suggest what fits the occasion and the surface.
Does carpet stay in place on grass during the event?
We align and secure the carpet at the edges so it does not slide under feet or furniture. Long or wet grass can affect how it sits, so tell us about the lawn when you send the space details and we prepare accordingly.
Can carpet be laid both inside and outside the tent?
Yes. Many events need covering that runs from inside the tent out to the entrance or reception area. Tell us the full area you want covered and we plan the layout around that.
How do I choose the right carpet colour for the occasion?
The colour follows the furniture and decor: a calm shade that lets the seating and tables stand out, or a darker one that hides traffic wear along the walkways. Send a photo of the seating or your decor colours and we suggest the best shade for the space and the occasion.
