On WhatsApp: the type of occasion, guest count and venue, whether more than one person will speak, and a photo of the space, so we can choose speakers and microphones.

We propose the right system
We set the number and positions of the speakers, the microphone types and the mixer settings from what you send, and go over them with you before setup.

We install and tune
Our team arrives at your site, mounts the speakers and amplifiers, tests every microphone and tunes the mixer until sound is clear in every corner before the event starts.

We take the system down
After the event we disconnect the microphones and speakers, coil the cables, lower the stands and carry everything away, so you take nothing down or move.

Questions about sound system rental
What is the difference between a main speaker and a distributed one?
Main speakers cover a wide area in front of them and suit large halls and tents. Distributed speakers mount on walls or ceilings to reach far corners without raising the overall volume. Most large spaces need both types for even clarity throughout.
Is the sound system suitable for a religious occasion such as a recitation or contract ceremony?
Yes. The mixer allows tone and frequency balance to be set for recitation, nasheed and speech, which need clean sound more than loud sound. Tell us the nature of the occasion and we tune the system accordingly from the start.
How many microphones do I need?
It depends on the number of speakers and how the event is run. A single-speaker ceremony differs from a discussion or recognition event with several speakers. Send us the event programme and we will specify the right number and type, wired or wireless or both.
What if the venue is outdoors?
Open spaces absorb sound more than enclosed halls and need higher-output speakers aimed more precisely. We assess the open area and guest count and choose the right system. Send us a photo and description of the place and we specify what is needed.
