Tell us about the birthday person: their general age, personality and interests, and send any reference photos or colours you like. From these details we propose a theme and share it with you before confirming, so you are happy with the direction.
Can the setup go in a garden or on an open rooftop?
Yes, we set up in indoor rooms, gardens, rooftops and rest houses. Some décor elements are affected by wind, so send a photo and let us know if the space is fully open, so the team chooses the right elements and fixings.
Does the setup include the guests' tables and chairs?
Guest seating is part of the setup and covers the chairs and tables that suit the space and number of guests. Mention the guest count and the type of venue when you write to us on WhatsApp, so we confirm exactly what is needed.
What if I want extras like a confetti cannon or additional lighting?
Extra elements such as decorative lighting or effects can be added to the same order, arriving and being installed with the rest of the setup. Mention what you want when you send the event details on WhatsApp and we arrange the rest.
