On WhatsApp: the guest count, the shape of the hall or garden, the entrance and any head table, so we can suggest how many tables and in what rows.

We propose the layout
We set out the number of tables, the row arrangement and the paths between them, then agree the full plan with you before the delivery date.

We deliver and set up
Our team brings the tables to your venue, places them across the hall or garden to the agreed plan and checks each table is level before leaving.

We lift the tables out
After the party we clear the hall row by row, lifting each round table and carrying it out, so the organisers carry nothing.

Questions about large round table rental
How many guests does a large round table seat?
It depends on the table size, the chairs used and the spacing between guests. Send us your guest count and a photo of the space on WhatsApp and we will work out the right size and the number of tables your event needs.
How are round tables laid out in a hall?
They are placed in parallel rows with main aisles for movement and serving and narrower gaps between tables. We take into account the entrance and any head table, and agree the layout with you before setup.
Can tablecloths or linen covers be added?
Tablecloths and fabric skirts can be requested in the same WhatsApp message as the tables. Give the colour of the covers and whether you want the table centre left open for decoration, and we suggest the fabric that suits a large round table and the hall.
Do the tables work on uneven outdoor ground?
Level ground is ideal for large round tables because an uneven surface causes the table to rock and disturbs what is on it. Tell us about the ground and any slope when you message us and we will work out the best way to secure each table.
