When you need it
When do you need a buffet setup?
We set up a full buffet with tables, covers, skirting and serving ware, arrange the stations to keep guests moving freely, then carry everything away once the occasion is over.
- 01
A family party at the rest house
The rest house is spacious and the food is plentiful, but dishes placed on a plain table look untidy in photos. We arrange the stations in a way that suits the space and lets guests serve themselves smoothly from the first course to the sweets.
- 02
A graduation or large birthday party
Numbers are large and food comes in stages, so a single station creates a pile-up and dishes cool down. We design a layout with separate stations for the main food, drinks and sweets so guests spread out and service flows.
- 03
An outdoor gathering in a garden or on a rooftop
The space is open and the buffet stations need to look neat and hold up through continuous use. We dress the tables with covers and skirting that suit the outdoors and carry the weight of serving ware all evening.

FAQ
Questions about party buffet setup
What is the difference between the food station and the sweets station?
The main food station is built to carry heavy serving ware and allow several guests to move along at once. The sweets station is usually smaller and set at a height that suits display. We arrange each one according to the food and the space once you share your event details.
Do I need separate stations for drinks and sweets?
At large gatherings, separate drink and sweets stations draw guests away from the main food queue and reduce waiting. At smaller ones, dividing a single table into sections is often enough. Tell us your guest count and what you are serving and we will suggest the right arrangement.
Are the skirting and covers suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, we select materials that hold up outside and stay neat through the event. If the space is fully open and you expect wind or dust, mention it when you order so we choose the right pieces and secure them properly.
Can food warmers be added to the buffet order?
Food warmers and chafing dishes are rented separately, but you can ask for them in the same WhatsApp message as the buffet. Name the dishes you want kept hot so we place them across the stations in step with the buffet tables.
