Our team brings the poles, fabric and rugs and erects the full tent at your site, then arranges the floor seating before your event begins.

When the gathering ends we take down the poles, fold the fabric, roll the rugs and carry everything away; there is no dismantling or carrying left for you.

Yes, a hair tent is designed for natural ground and sets up on sand, earth and level open land. Send us a photo of the site and we agree the right anchoring for the surface so the tent holds firm through the night.
How do I know the right size of hair tent?
