Send your event details
On WhatsApp: tell us your venue type (open or enclosed), the number of spots you want lit, and where the nearest power points are, so we can suggest the right arrangement.

We suggest tables and layout
We work out the number of tables, where each one sits and how the light is angled for the best visual effect, settling every detail before delivery day.

We deliver, set up and switch on
Our team brings the tables to your site, fixes them in place and connects the power so the lighting is ready before your guests arrive.

Disconnect and collect
At the agreed time our team disconnects the power sources, lifts each table and loads everything out; you leave the cables and units exactly as they are.

Questions about illuminated table rental
How is an illuminated table powered at my venue?
An illuminated table needs a power source nearby or another solution suited to your venue, and how it is powered differs from one table to another. Send a photo and tell us whether there is a power point close by, and we explain the best option and keep any cable out of the guests' paths.
Can the light colour be changed during the event?
The colour of the light is one of the first things we settle with you. Tell us the colours or visual theme of your event when you send the request, and we confirm the lighting options for your date on WhatsApp and choose the ones that sit with your decor.
Do illuminated tables work both outdoors and indoors?
Yes, they work in gardens, on rooftops, in halls and inside tents. Outdoors the effect becomes strongest right after sunset as the surrounding light drops. Send a photo of your space and we will suggest a layout that makes the most of the lighting in your chosen setting.
How many illuminated tables does my event need?
It depends on the size of the space, how guests are spread across it and whether the glowing tables are the main decorative element or a supporting one. Send a photo and tell us your guest count and we will suggest a number and layout that gives you the effect you want.
