When do you need a generator?
We hire you a generator sized to your total load, bring it to site, position it well away from guests and fabric, run the cables, start up your equipment, then shut it down and take it away once the event is over.

A remote farm or rest house
There is no mains supply or the voltage is too low to run equipment safely. A generator gives steady power for lighting, heating and electrical devices throughout the gathering.

A tent or camp in the open
A large tent needs lighting, heating and sound all running together. We place the generator outside the tent perimeter and run cables safely inside without the noise disturbing your guests.

An event in an open space with no connection
The venue was chosen for its size or setting but has no distribution board. The generator becomes the sole power source, and its size is calculated from all devices running at once.

Tell us the load and place
On WhatsApp: list the appliances you need to run and their rough load, the placement spot away from seating, and what fuel is available on site, so we can size the generator correctly.

We confirm the right size
From your device list we choose a generator that handles the total load comfortably, and we agree with you on where to place it and how to run the cables.

We deliver and install safely
The generator arrives and is set up in a ventilated spot away from guests and fabrics, cables are run, devices are connected and the supply is checked for stability before the event starts.

Generator shutdown and collection
At the agreed time we disconnect the generator, coil the cables and load the unit onto our vehicle, you do not need to touch a thing.

Questions about generator rental
How do I know what size generator my event needs?
Size is calculated from the total draw of all devices running at once: lighting, heating or cooling and anything else. Send us the device list on WhatsApp and we will tell you the right size. If the list is not ready, tell us the occasion and the space and we will help you estimate it.
Where should the generator be placed relative to the tent or seating?
The generator must sit in a well-ventilated open spot, away from guests and away from tent fabrics and drapes. We choose the exact position on arrival based on the layout. If you send a photo we can suggest a preliminary spot in advance.
Can sound and lighting equipment run from the same generator?
Yes, multiple devices can run from one generator through a distribution board. What matters is that every device is named when you order, because the total load determines the size. Any device added later may change the size needed, so list everything when you message us.
What should I say about my devices in the request?
List the devices that will run together: lighting, sound, cooling or heating, with the area and date, and attach a photo of the site if possible. The clearer the list, the better we can size the generator, and we then confirm the price on WhatsApp.
