We propose the layout
We propose the number of wall seats, rug coverage and backrest arrangement to match the room dimensions and occasion, with everything confirmed before the delivery day.

We deliver and set up
Our team arrives with all the pieces, places the seating along the walls, lays the rug and arranges the backrests and tables before your guests arrive.

Dismantling and collection
At the agreed time we lift the backrests, roll the rugs and carry each wall seat out piece by piece, you do not need to move or arrange anything yourself.

How is a rented majlis different from sofas or floor mattresses?
A majlis is arranged as a complete reception unit: seating running along the walls, a rug covering the floor, backrests and small tables in place, giving the room the look of a proper formal reception rather than scattered seats.
Does a rented majlis work in both small and large rooms?
Yes. We suggest the number of pieces and the layout based on the room size and guest count. Send us a photo and the approximate dimensions so we can choose pieces that line the walls without narrowing the centre of the room.
Can I rent a majlis for a condolence that runs over several days?
Send us the start and end dates on WhatsApp and we confirm the details and price based on the duration and area. The majlis is set up once and stays in place until we collect it at the agreed time.
Can the majlis be laid out in a tent or rest house?
Yes, the majlis is laid out in a tent or rest house along the walls or sides, depending on the shape of the space. Tell us whether the floor is already covered or needs rugs, send a photo of the venue, and we arrange the pieces on that basis.
