When you need it
When do you need service tables?
We rent service and catering tables, place them where the work flows behind the scenes, then lift them away after your event.
- 01
Coffee and sweets served at a gathering
Guests call for coffee without pause and the host needs a steady surface for the dallah, cups and dates. A service table behind the guests keeps pouring tidy and out of their way.
- 02
A large event with a catering team
The catering team arrives with trays and dishes that need plating before they go out. Work tables give each task its own spot: prep, serving, returns, so the lines never cross.
- 03
An event at a rest house far from the kitchen
The kitchen is far from the seating area and the team needs a working point close to guests. A service table in the corridor cuts the distance, speeds up serving and keeps spills off the floor.
What is included
What the rental covers

How it works
From first message to pickup
- 01
Send the event details
On WhatsApp: the occasion and guest count, where the kitchen or service corridor is and a photo of the space, so we can set the tables along the line of movement.
- 02
We plan the service line
We suggest the number of tables and their positions along the service line, making sure movement between kitchen and guests runs without crossing.
- 03
We deliver and set up
The team arrives with the tables and places them in the agreed positions before the catering crew arrives and preparation begins.
- 04
We lift the service tables
When serving ends we lift the work tables out of the service corridor and carry them away, so the team is not tied up moving them or resetting the area.

FAQ
Questions about service & catering table rental
What is the difference between a service table and a buffet table?
A buffet table faces guests and is dressed for display. A service table faces the team and is used for prep, pouring and arranging behind the guest line. Its surface is built for continuous work, not for decoration.
Where should service tables go in the venue?
The ideal spot is the corridor between kitchen and guest area, or along the back wall away from guests' line of sight. Send us a photo of the space and we will suggest a layout that keeps the service flow smooth.
Do these tables work outdoors?
Yes, they can go outdoors in gardens and rest houses. It is best to avoid placing them where strong wind meets a heavy load. Send us the location and the ground type and we will choose the right pieces with you.
How do I work out how many tables I need?
The number depends on the size of the serving team and what is being served. Coffee and tea need fewer tables than a full catered meal. Send the occasion details, guest count, area and a photo and we will suggest the right number and layout.
