When do you need an evaporative cooler?
Evaporative coolers draw hot air across water-saturated pads and push cool air across the space; we bring each unit to your venue, connect it, run it, then dismantle and remove it once the occasion is over.

A tent in the hot season
A tent traps heat and makes sitting inside tiring. An evaporative cooler pushes cool air in from one side and warm air escapes through the tent openings, bringing the temperature down to a comfortable level.

A hall or warehouse with open ventilation
Large semi-open spaces are not suited to window units. An evaporative cooler works well wherever air moves, cooling the part of the space where guests sit without requiring sealed walls.

An open space in the sun sends guests home early. Placing evaporative coolers around the seating area lowers the surrounding heat and keeps guests comfortable through to the end of the occasion.

On WhatsApp: send the space size, whether it is a tent or open hall, and whether water and power points are on site, so we can work out the right number of units.

We suggest the units
We work out how many units suit your space and where to position each one to cover the full seating area, settling all of this with you before the event day.

We deliver, install and start up
Our team brings the units, fixes them in position, connects water and power, and adjusts the airflow direction to cover the seating area.
- 04
Disconnection and removal
At the agreed time our team disconnects each unit from water and power, carries it out of the venue, and loads it up, nothing is left for you to handle.

How does an evaporative cooler work and does it suit Riyadh?
An evaporative cooler draws outside air through water-soaked pads, lowering its temperature before pushing it out. Dry climates like Riyadh are where it works best, because low humidity makes evaporation faster and more effective than it would be in a humid setting.
Does the cooler need a water drain at the venue?
It needs a water source to fill its tank and keep it running through the event. A continuous drain is not always required. Tell us what water and power is available at your venue when you message us and we will sort out the rest.
Does an evaporative cooler work in a fully closed space?
An evaporative cooler needs moving air to perform well, so it works best in tents with open sides and semi-open halls rather than sealed rooms. Send us a photo of your space and we will tell you whether it suits your situation or whether another option fits better.
Can I rent evaporative coolers together with tents or seating?
Yes, evaporative coolers can be added to an order for a tent, seating or anything else in a single quote. Tell us what will sit in the cooled area, because the units are placed around the seating zones rather than around the tent alone.
