Questions about glass table rental
Is tempered glass safe for event use?
Tempered glass is far stronger than ordinary glass and copes with normal event use. As with any glass surface, avoid knocking sharp or heavy objects against the edges. We explain at setup how to handle the top during your event.
Do glass tables suit both indoor venues and outdoor spaces?
Glass tables look their best in indoor venues with controlled lighting. For outdoor spaces, the ground type and exposure to wind or dust matter. Tell us the type of place and send a photo, and we will suggest whether glass tables suit the setting.
How do I choose between clear and tempered glass?
Both are clear in appearance; the main difference is thickness and strength. Tempered glass suits formal dining tables better, where plates are placed and glasses move around. Tell us the occasion, guest count and how the table will be used and we will guide you to the right choice.
Can the glass surface be decorated with flowers and candles?
Yes, and that is one of the main advantages of clear glass. Flower centrepieces, candle holders and fine details stand out more on a transparent surface. One tip: place a holder or protective dish under any candle so the glass edge is not affected by concentrated heat.
