We suggest how many coolers suit your crowd and spread them between the seating areas, and settle it before the event day.

We deliver and install
Our team brings the coolers to your site, positions them at the agreed spots and checks that both hot and cold settings work before guests arrive.

We unplug and lift the coolers
After the event we unplug each cooler, lift it from its place and carry it off, so you move nothing and do not reset the area.

Questions about water cooler rental
How many coolers do I need for a large number of guests?
The number depends on the crowd size, the space and how long the event runs. Send us the guest count and a photo or description of the place on WhatsApp and we suggest the right number and how to spread them across the site.
Do the coolers need mains electricity or a generator?
The coolers run on electricity. Let us know when you order if the site has no mains connection or relies on a generator, and we will sort the right arrangement with you before the event day so cooling and heating run for the whole event.
Can the cooler go in an open spot under the sun?
Coolers work outdoors but shade helps them hold their temperature longer. Send us a photo of the space and we will choose a spot that suits the guests and keeps the unit away from direct heat as much as possible.
Can I order the cooler alongside other buffet equipment?
Yes, the cooler can be added to an order for buffet equipment or other event gear. List what you need in your WhatsApp message and we suggest putting the cooler near the buffet without blocking the guests' line.
