We set up the whole wedding: kosha, stage, guest seating, tables, flowers, carpets, lighting and sound as one cohesive design, built in your hall before guests arrive and taken down after the night.

The hall comes with walls and a ceiling, nothing more. It needs a kosha, stage, seating, lighting and sound. We fill the space with a design that guests notice from the moment they walk in.

On WhatsApp: the date, guest count and venue, your design colours if chosen, and a photo of the hall, so we can draw up the design.

We agree on the design
We propose the arrangement of the kosha, seating and lighting based on your space and guests, and discuss the details with you until the design matches what you picture for the night.

We deliver and set everything up
Our team arrives with all the pieces before the celebration, assembles the kosha and stage, arranges the seating and tables, lays the carpets, places the flowers and installs the lighting and sound before guests arrive.

We take the whole design down
After the night we take down the kosha and stage, lift the seating, flowers and carpets, lower the lighting and sound and carry everything out.

What is the difference between the kosha and the stage in a wedding setup?
The stage is the raised platform where the couple sit or stand so guests can see them clearly from all sides. The kosha is the decorative frame surrounding them, and its design varies from classical to modern. Send us the hall and we will suggest what suits it.
How does the lighting fit with the kosha and the rest of the setup?
Lighting is designed as part of the full setup, not added separately. Lights highlight the kosha and stage, and guest walkways are lit to match the mood of the celebration, giving a complete picture that shows in every photograph taken during the night.
Can an open outdoor space be set up for a wedding?
Yes, we set up in open spaces such as rest houses, farms and courtyards. The difference is that outdoor lighting needs a different distribution and sound is adjusted to fill the open air. Send us a photo of the place and the date and we will suggest the right design.
Can specific flowers or particular colours be added to the design?
The design is built around what you agree with the team on WhatsApp. When you send the event details, mention the colours you prefer and any decorative direction you have in mind, and we suggest what suits the space and the full setup as well as what photographs well on the night.
