When do you need an event tent?
We rent tents with frames that are raised on site and fabric panels stretched over them, fitted to grass, sand or paving, then our team brings everything to you, erects it and returns to take it down once your event is over.

We deliver and erect
The team arrives with the frame and fabric, erects and anchors the tent and secures the side panels before your guests come.

Tent dismantled and removed
At the agreed time the team returns, takes the frame apart, folds the fabric panels and loads everything away; there is nothing for you to handle.

Questions about tent rental
Can the tent be put up on sand or bare earth?
The frame is anchored differently depending on the ground, whether sand, earth, paving or grass. Send a photo and describe the surface, and we will agree with you on the right anchoring method before installation.
Can the tent have closed or open sides?
Side panels can be fitted or left open depending on the occasion and the weather, and this is decided when we agree the details. Tell us the nature of the gathering and when guests will be seated, and we suggest what works for the airflow and privacy you need.
How do I know what size suits my space and guests?
Tell us the rough dimensions of the plot, the guest count and what the tent will hold, seating, tables or a stage, and we suggest a size that fits everyone and keeps movement and serving paths clear without the frame overwhelming the space.
How do I plan the tent entrance and the seating inside?
We suggest the entrance position so guests can come in without cutting through the seating, and we leave a service path along one side. Describe the furniture going inside the tent, whether seating, tables or a stage, and we size the tent on that basis.
